DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: Two Dayton-based restaurants have once again earned distinction in the fast-casual restaurant industry.
Kettering-based Hot Head Burritos and Dayton-based OinkADoodle Moo landed on Fast Casual 2012 Top 100 Movers & Shakers list. The list only ranked the top 50 restaurants this year, instead including rankings for top menu innovations, people, technology and industry trends.
Hot Head Burritos, which has 33 stores open in five states and plans to open 54 by the end of the year, ranked 36th on the list. OinkADoodle Moo squeaked onto the list at 48th place, earning recognition for its hefty goal of expanding from four locations to 25 by 2015. Both brands improved their rank from last year, when Hot Head Burritos ranked 54th and OinkADoodle Moo came in at 60th.
