Q: Our bills are over the top and we are considering filing bankruptcy. We have a home (VA LOAN) and car and don?t want to lose them but want to put the car on the bankruptcy but not the home. We have quite a few loans & credit card we want to include as well.
I have never asked this question and know nothing about it but I am sick with worry about money and making things work.
